I work with international clients both in person from my Oxford offices and remotely, via video link. I mentor clients from a range of professions who work in international organisations including CEO’s, business owners and senior consultants from the Big Four, as well as IT, investment finance, retail, and banking professionals. My clients are from a range of cultures both East and West with many coming from entrepreneurial backgrounds, working with nationally-based family businesses or within major international organisations.
My interests largely focus on career professionals and the wider family dynamics that can affect entrepreneurial organisations. I also provide consultancy to senior management, especially those running institutions undergoing rapid change or transformation. Following my background in both national and international sport and corporate IT delivery, I understand life can feel temporarily overwhelming for most of us at some point in our lives however successful our career path may be. I am especially skilled in helping clients overcome anxieties associated with managing success, as well as real or imagined failure, and assisting them in regaining their resilience within a demanding and success-oriented environment.
I am a graduate of the Master’s program in Psychodynamic Practice at the University of Oxford, where I also practice as part-time lecturer and tutor. My classes are unique in that I have developed a keen following among international professionals looking to improve their interpersonal skills in a variety of roles, including coaching and consultancy.
